Felder has performed with the band many times and have also toured with them, alongside 38 Special. Now they have announced a full tour along with REO Speedwagon.

This tour is called United We Rock, and it’s got a pretty awesome lineup. This year is shaping up to be a great one in terms of tours; you get to see multiple incredible bands in one night. Even though that is almost always the case, this year there have been some big bands coming together for kickass tours, and now this lineup has been added to the “tickets we need to get” list.

We imagine none of these guys imagined 40+ years ago, that they would still be performing today. But thankfully they are, proving once more that good music stands the test of time. We have a huge amount of respect for those who devote their life to the art, and still give a 100% for the fans. What more could we ask for?

Styx is a Chicago rock band, who came to life in the 70’s, bringing us incredible hits such as “Lady”, Come Sail Away”, “Renegade”, “The Best of Time”, amongst many others. Their album The Great Illusion has gone triple platinum and it was a very big deal for the band. The current lineup consists of Tommy Shaw, Chuck Panozzo, J.Y Young, Todd Sucherman, Lawrence Gowan and Ricky Phillips.

REO Speedwagon has sold more than 40 million records since their start, in 1967, and even though they are not mainstream today, they are still an amazing live act, and popular amongst classic rock fans. With hits like “Keep on Loving You”, “Can’t Fight this Feeling” and “Don’t Let Him Go”. The band’s current members are Kevin Cronin, Bruce Hall, Neal Doughty, Bryan Hitt, and Dave Amato.
